Chapter helps energy sector OEMs and installation companies automate their most repetitive service and operations workflows using AI Agents — purpose-built digital workers that replace manual tasks and fill critical labour gaps.

Our clients build products like heat pumps, HVAC systems, solar inverters, batteries, and EMS platforms. We help them scale faster, deliver better support, and operate more efficiently — without hiring more people.

We don’t just provide a platform — we deliver real automation through AI Agents that are embedded into daily workflows. Think: a Predictive Maintenance Agent, a Firmware Update Agent, or an Error Code Resolver. Each agent replaces a concrete process and delivers measurable value. Built on the clients proprietary datasets, activated through different AI chatbots.

🎯 Your Role: Customer Success Manager

This is not a classic customer support or account management role.

As Customer Success Manager, you act as a trusted advisor — someone who understands the complex operations and support workflows of our clients, and helps them apply AI agents to automate those workflows and unlock value.

That means you’ll need to think like a consultant, with understanding of the sector: dive into real processes, understand problems in detail, guide AI agent deployment, track adoption, and prove value. You’ll onboard new clients, drive agent usage, help shape the product based on real-world insights, and build long-term customer partnerships that are constantly adding more value which leads to upselling.

If you’re successful, you’ll help define how Customer Success works at Chapter — and you’ll be part of one of Europe’s most promising AI growth stories.

👥 What You’ll Do

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new OEM clients

  • Understand their workflows, service structures, and operational challenges in depth

  • Identify where AI agents can automate value-added tasks or replace repetitive work

  • Support agent rollout, usage monitoring, and adoption growth

  • Build strong relationships with product managers, service leads, and support teams

  • Share learnings and insights with our product and engineering team

  • Spot upsell opportunities and take them, by aligning with client priorities and ROI

  • Help shape internal CS processes as we grow

Job requirements

🔍 You Are…

  • Sharp and curious — you love understanding complex systems and user problems

  • Empathetic and clear — you connect easily with both engineers and operators

  • Structured and proactive — you turn ambiguity into clear actions and outcomes

  • Experienced (2–8 years) in consulting, customer success, B2B services, or operations

  • Familiar with the energy or manufacturing sector is a big plus

  • Comfortable in a startup environment: fast-moving, pragmatic, and flexible
