The tool unlocks existing knowledge (manuals, product videos, call logs and any kind of company knowledge content) and makes it readily available to internal colleagues, installers in the field and consumers. Chapter's mission is to become the go-to AI party for the renewable energy sector in Europe. Chapter is a fast-growing organization. The Role

The Marketing Manager at Chapter will be responsible for the full spectrum of marketing activities, ranging from content creation and sales enablement to digital growth marketing and, to a lesser extent, event marketing. 

This B2B-focused role is centered on the renewable energy sector, particularly targeting the SME market. The ideal candidate is hands-on, creative, and proactive, capable of independently producing relevant content and executing campaigns. A structured, data-driven approach is essential. This is not a role for someone who relies on gut feeling. While there is a marketing budget in place, the messaging still needs refinement, and experimentation through trial-and-error will be necessary. Experience in B2B marketing is critical, especially within the energy or technical sectors. Familiarity with AI and the ability to run campaigns within a freemium model are strong advantages, as is a background in marketing for SME companies.

Responsibilities

1. Digital & Growth Marketing

  • Own HubSpot marketing automation, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, and analytics.

  • Leverage AI tools for content creation, personalization, and funnel optimization.

  • Optimize the website for inbound demo conversion, branding and user experience.

  • Manage and scale social media campaigns (organic + paid).

2. Content & Sales Enablement

  • Create sales presentations, enablement materials, and product demo videos to support the sales team.

  • Optimize website content, focusing on thought leadership and messaging clarity.

  • Develop and execute organic social media campaigns (focus on LinkedIn).

  • Write and manage newsletters, blogs, case studies, and industry reports to position Chapter as a thought leader and empower the sales team.

3. Event Marketing

  • Plan and execute Chapter’s presence at industry fairs and exhibitions across Europe as visitor and/or exhibitor.

  • Develop stand concepts, event materials, and engagement strategies to attract prospects.

  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless event execution and lead generation.

Job requirements

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in AI, SaaS, and the energy sector (with focus on B2B). But one of these could also be a nice starting point ;-).

  • Strong background in content creation and digital marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and social media content.

  • Ability to create compelling marketing materials, from sales decks to video and blog content. Experience with Canva is also necessary.

  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.

  • Passionate about AI, technology, and the energy industry.

  • Eager to execute work yourself and share strategic suggestions to reach our OKRs.
