Solutions Consultant (AI for the Energy Sector)

Location: Amsterdam, NL (From the office, but partially Hybrid)
Team: Professional Services / Consulting / Customer Success

🎯 Your Role: Solutions Consultant

As a Solutions Consultant, you are the bridge between our clients’ business challenges, their technical knowledge systems, and Chapter’s AI platform.

You will lead OEMs through the AI Readiness & Implementation journey — diagnosing challenges, structuring datasets, aligning stakeholders, and guiding integrations. But you also own the commercial success of the client: proving ROI, driving adoption, and expanding the footprint across regions, business units, and additional AI Agents.

This role blends consulting (data, processes, transformation) with commercial impact (upsell, ACV growth, long-term partnerships).

👥 What You’ll Do

  • Lead onboarding & implementation for new OEM clients.

  • Run AI Readiness Assessments: map workflows, datasets, KPIs, and ROI potential.

  • Deliver consulting outcomes: structured datasets, business rules, integration plans, readiness reports.

  • Guide technical integration together with AI Engineers (SharePoint, OneDrive, PIM, ERP, CRM).

  • Track adoption & prove value: measure First-Time-Right %, ticket deflection, installer adoption.

  • Identify and deliver upsell opportunities:

    • New AI Agents (Agent Assist, Field Assist, Consumer Assist).

    • Expansion into additional regions or business units.

    • Agentic AI automation (predictive maintenance, scheduling).

  • Grow accounts: increase ACV through successful delivery, renewals, and expansion.

  • Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders (P&L owner, IT security, legal, service managers, knowledge experts).

  • Feed client insights back into product & engineering.

  • Client Success → Expansion: Every client must become a reference case that scales into other regions and business units.

  • Upsell & Cross-sell: Spot and close opportunities for additional modules, integrations, and Agentic AI.

  • ACV Growth: Expand annual contract value across your portfolio of accounts.

  • ROI Proof: Deliver quantified value cases (savings, efficiency gains) that underpin renewals and expansions.

Job requirements

  • Analytical & structured — you bring consulting discipline to complex problems.

  • Empathetic & clear — comfortable with engineers, service managers, and C-level alike.

  • Experienced — 3–7 years in consulting, professional services, B2B SaaS, or customer success.

  • Sector-savvy — knowledge of energy/manufacturing a strong plus.

  • Comfortable in a startup — proactive, pragmatic, adaptable.
